NEMAT means brother. This program has the Elangomat serving as the Mentor
on the path to Brotherhood membership. The qualification for the NEMAT patch
are as follows:

• To have 30% of the members of “your” crew to complete Brotherhood.
• This will require the Elangomat to maintain contact with the members of
“your” crew.
• This must be completed within 18 months of the original ordeal date.
